I spent my career in classrooms and on hospital floors before I ever looked at a mortgage application. Teaching first, then nursing.
What I kept running into was colleagues who could not get a straight answer from a bank. Contracts, shifts and overtime that a lender averaged away to nothing. I know how a nurse’s pay is really structured, and which lenders read those documents properly.
I joined Mudrick Mortgages in 2023, and Jeff and I run the Ontario team together. I work with clients across Toronto, York Region, Durham, Halton, Hamilton and Waterloo Region, by phone, video and email.
